What you'll be getting:
Chicken with Miso Sauce
Per Serving:
5 oz chicken (tossed with miso, ginger, and garlic)
1/4 c Miso sauce (South River Miso, garlic, ginger, liquid aminos, tamarind paste, and oil)
1 t safflower oil
130 g veggies (onions, peppers, and kale)
3/4 c cooked brown rice
Equipment needed: Wok or large pan
Start heating up your pan. When hot add the oil, when the oil is hot add the chicken. Cook until the chicken begins to gain some color, roughly 5 minutes.
Cook the veggies until the peppers and onions begin to soften. It helps to add a lid to the pan, but it is not necessary. When the peppers and onions are soft, add the sauce and remove from the heat.
When your chicken has cooked through and has some color, add the veggies.
The rice is fully cooked and just needs to be warmed. When your stir fry is done, warm up the rice and plate it. Place the chicken mixture on top. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
